Device Manager not running in Windows 11
I've recently updated my PC and have windows 11 home. when I try to start the sena device manager i get the following message:
"The application has failed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use command=line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail"
Anyone got any ideas or fixes ??

Yes I have. No response. The only way I can connect to my 50s is phone app. The SMH 10 that I have is not supported by the phone app. Without the windows/sena software my only option on smh 10 is the device menu and it doesn't always take commands. Any help would be appreciated.

There is no need for sena support. Your system is missing something.
"Side by Side" Error: Install missing vcredist from microsoft. I have no Idea which version. Just Install all and you are fine :-) good start is Version from 2008. If IT doesnt Work... Then next newer Version. (Install Always both Versions 32 + 64 bit)0
