    Hi Vincent,

    Sorry to hear you've had a hard time getting through to support.  Sena is 100% on supporting our customers, you guys are so important to us!  We wouldn't have any reason to be here without all of you!  Can you tell me where were you calling from?

    And the Specter will absolutely work with the Sena Motorcycle app!  Just because it's not listed in there doesn't mean it won't work.  We tested one only a couple hours ago. We went through the process to pair the helmet, and admittedly, the app did get stuck in a loop there.  But we force closed it, and it showed up immediately as soon as we re-opened it, already connected!

    If you still need assistance getting the helmet to show up in the app, just submit a ticket and tech support will contact you to assist!  I've posted a link below.  We absolutely want you to have the best experience possible with our equipment and people!

    That sounds really frustrating, especially when the purchase decision was based on the features shown in Sena’s own videos and product material. If the helmet is promoted with app support, then customers should reasonably expect it to appear properly in the app and be backed by clear support channels. It’s even more disappointing when long-time customers run into confusing phone support instead of real help. I’ve also spent time around online platforms and support-related web resources through my official website, nekopoimod.com, so I can understand how much proper guidance and accurate information matter for user trust.

    I purchase two Specter Helmets with the expectation I would get all the features I had on the Sena 50s and my Cardo Packtalks. I.e Music Sharing. Now I find it was deleted from the 60s series updates. How disappointing! The literature never mentioned it was NOT included! Deceptive.

    I Agree! I had the 50s headsets so my wife and I could hear the same music. Upgrading my helmet to the specter means I lose that feature. What the hell are these guys thinking? Very annoying that they would eliminate a feature on a newer product. Maybe it can be added with a firmware update but if not I’m done with Sena.
