50C Battery broken?
Hello!
I was very happy with the battery life of the 50C in the last season. But after winter, 3 hours of mesh intercom take 40% of a full charge. That is much worse than before.
I thougt of a discalibrated battery management, so I let the battery drain completely and gave it a full charge. Unfortunately, the problem persists.
The device is still under warranty - may this be a warranty case or is it considered normal wearing?

That's covered. Go ahead and contact tech support, make sure you have a copy of your receipt/invoice. We can look the devices up by their serial number, but that only gives us the manufacturing date. Unless you purchased the device directly from Sena, in which case we'll have a sales order on file we can pull up.
