I have purchased just a main on Amazon.  Look there.  I see you have already purchased from amazon in your thread.  I purchased separately because I do not like the base that comes with the package...

I have gone through a few of these with the earbud plug.  The wires pull out to easily causing it to work.  The only thing I have found to slow this down is by multilayer shrink wrap over the wires...
