You can raise or lower the volume by rotating the Jog Dial clockwise or counterclockwise. Volume is set and maintained independently at different levels for each audio source (i.e., phone, intercom), even when the headset is rebooted.

I using 30K with iPhone 8 latest IOS, after updating to 2.3 on sena 30K I noticed that the volume can not be controlled through the 30K for any of its services (Music, Intercom and calls)
Updated to 2.3.1 and still the same problem persists !
