Fix for Windows 10 (OEM)
The most common cause for Sena Partner devices not connecting to the Device Manager on Windows 10 devices is due to driver signature enforcement restrictions. To fix that, please follow these steps to disable driver signature enforcement on your windows 10 machine.
Disable Driver Signature Enforcement
- Click on Start
- Click on Settings
- Click on Update & Security
- Click on Recovery
- Find it where it says “Advanced Startup” and click Restart Now
Once the computer restarts, please do the following:
- Click Troubleshoot
- Click Advanced options
- Click Startup Settings - note that this option may be hidden and you may have to click “more options”
- Click Restart
- Once you get the following screen, press the number 7 on your keyboard to Disable driver signature enforcement
Once you go through the steps above stop here and try opening your Sena Partner Device Manager and connecting your device to it. If you still have issues connecting, please try the following:
Update Windows
Follow the instructions on this link to make sure your Windows 10 is up to date. If you are using a different version of Windows, you may do a Google search on “How to check for updates on my Window <insert your version>”

Uninstall the Sena Partner Device Manager
- On the bottom left of your taskbar type Add or remove programs
- Scroll down until you see the “Sena Partner Device Manager” and click on it.
- Click on Uninstall and follow the instructions to complete the process
Disable Driver Signature Enforcement
- Click on Start
- Click on Settings
- Click on Update & Security
- Click on Recovery
- Find it where it says “Advanced Startup” and click Restart Now

Reinstall the Sena Partner Device Manager
Please find the Sena Partner Brand of your device below and click on the link to download the Device Manager again.

Once you're on the Sena Partner page, choose either the 32 or the 64-bit version, whichever matches your computer version. Visit this site if you need help finding out: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/15056/windows-32-64-bit-faq). Once you're ready, follow these steps:
- Click on the downloaded file and follow the instructions to install the software.
- Once installed, open the software and connect your device to the computer with the USB cable that has been provided, and carefully follow the instructions to update your firmware.
Additional Steps
If you're still having trouble with getting your device recognized there is a possibility that your device may not be connecting to the Device Manager because it's defective. To verify that, please do the following:
- Try using different USB cords
- Try using different USB ports on your computer
- Try using different computers (if available)
If you believe your device is defective, please contact your dealer where you purchased the headset from or the Sena Partner Brand of your device for an RMA. Unfortunately, Sena can only provide tech support for Sena Partner (OEM) products. You will be eligible if you are within the factory warranty period and can provide a copy of the dated purchase receipt and the serial number.

Ticket #445090: After finding this document I was able to setup My Harley Davidson S10 Headset. What a breeze! This would have relive my "FRUSTRATION" with this unit! These "LINKS" should be included in the instruction manual. Waiting for days of email messages is not good business.
1. I purchased the product at the Harley Davidson dealership. (First statement) In my request for aid.
