    I totally agree with you, I have had the worst service with Sena than any other company I have ever dealt with, I purchased a 20s from there online store and have been trying to get a tracking number for 10 days now. I have used the help desk and put in 3 tickets but have nothing even resembling sense from the. Really disappointing. I would never have ordered from them if I had known the service was so bad. I think I will use a different brand for my next device.

    I too have had terrible service or 'help' from them, I've been trying for two months to try and get them to send me the RMA number for a repair on a unit that doesn't last 3 hours on a charge and the left speaker is shot.  They won't return emails I've sent them the receipt and all their forms 6-7 times and still nothing.  I think we have to have something done more public about this terrible product service.  I like the idea the unit fits my helmet but if it don't work I'm not buying another $300 unit to go through this crap again.  We need to spread the word about them

    P.S. even the fact that they have a customer solving issues for other customers and their support folks are not answering any of the questions gives you an indication of what kind of support they are willing to provide

    Just for an update. Never did get any resolution from Sena. Never buying another product from them again. Hope you all get your issues resolved. Im with Jerry. We need to get the word out before some other poor buyer gets nailed with there utterly c##p service.

    I agree their customer service is horrible. I'm so glad I didn't purchase Tuff Talks for my company after dealing with the help desk. I will be posting on Amazon and other forums to inform potential customers, I suggest others do the same.
