SR10 wired PTT

 The main PTT on my SR10 works fine, but the wired PTT won't transmit.  The strange thing is, when I key the wired PTT, my cb radio lights up as transmitting, but nobody hears me.  Any ideas?

  Do a fault reset with the SR10 re-pair the SR10 to the headset using second mobile phone pairing and try again.

  Jeff, are you able to transmit your voice using the microphone on your headset while holding down the main PTT button on the SR10?

  Chris,  Yes, I transmit successfully using the main PTT.  I did both a fault reset and a reset to factory default settings.  Previously, when I pressed the wired PTT, the person I was talking to could hear nothing.  After the reset, when I press the wired PTT, the person I'm talking to gets a loud squeal, but no voice.  The main PTT still works fine.
