SMH10R - Tech Support Hours
Hey Sena,
I want to first say i love your product and it worked perfectly for the first six months. I have had my SMH10R now for less than a year, I carefully switched everything about a month ago to my new Shoei Rf-1200 and that is when everything wen't down hill. at first it worked fine, but after 3 days i kept getting an error message of "intercom failure try again later" so i tried to call and guess what no one is around on Saturdays (probably the most ride-able day in the week!!!) so i have gone without a mic for a month, which wasn't the end of the world, but now i cannot connect to my phone and listen to music which is a HUGE problem, I want to use it TODAY!!!! SATURDAY!!!!! AND NO-ONE CAN HELP ME!!!!
What is wrong with you people? I work all week all kinds of hours (like most people!) and only have the weekends to used my motorcycle, and when i have problems with your tech you should at least be around on Saturdays to help.
PLEASE help me fix this, I spent dam near 200 bucks for a piece of plastic to stick to the side of my helmet and do nothing, its embarrassing!! I've done the updates and still no luck.

Ditto here, been trying for two-months to get them just to reply to my emails and request for a warrantee repair. My unit has one speaker that is problematic an the batter last about three hours when fully charged and recharged, did all the resets and charger change out but the support desk sucks, we need a new approach to reach these goof balls selling this crap. I like the idea of the fit with my helmet but the black stick thing sucks
