Charging my unit

I plugged my SMH5 into the USB port of my PC. The unit is off and I have a red light that is lit on my unit. How do I know the unit is fully charged?

  I'm pretty sure it's like the SMH 10 - the led light turns blue when fully charged

  Correct. The LED will turn blue to indicate that the SMH5 is fully charged.
