Music sharing not working on SMH5 dual

I have just set up a new SMH5 dual and everything works ok on helmet A but on helmet B there is no music sharing and intercom will not work but both helmets have paired with my smart phone?

  If you've recently done a firmware upgrade, you need to do a factory reset afterwards (see manual). 
  SMH5s don't play music (whether shared or unshared) and do intercom at the same time.
  I believe your phone should be only paired to one of the two units, not both at the same time. Delete the phone pairing from helmet B, and keep the phone paired to helmet A. Use helmet A to host music sharing to helmet B.
