    Thank you for your suggestion. We will do the feasibility study of setting intercom VOX activation when manually closing the intercom. We will keep you informed later.

    I downgraded to firmware v3.2 to use the VOX we like. After a rare unintentional VOX activation, we tap the jog button to end the activation or let the SMH10 do it for us after some 20 seconds. The VOX mode still is functional after the tap. I have no idea why this has been changed in firmware v3.3 and newer.
