We will try to improve more to better support it. Let us explain the difference in SM10 from Bluetooth dongle in the market. The SM10 has dual streaming capability, and that is the reason why it cannot come up with Bluetooth A2DP with your audio device. We will study more on this and get back to you. Thanks you for your feedback.

I'm disappointed in the SM10 when two helmets (mine and my passenger) are paired... tons of drop-outs / fast-forwards.  It is fine when only one helmet is on... 4.1.1 firmware.

I've noticed the same thing as Marc - frequent drops when paired to two headsets.  Sena - is this normal?

    @ Kerry,

Please update latest firmware of your Sena headset and set as ' EDR –Enable, High Quality A2DP-Disable'  from Device manager.

If you still have frequent drops, please contact technical support. (http://support.senabluetooth.com/tickets/new)

I contacted Sena regarding multiple issues using two (2) Gen 1 SMH10's and a newly acquired SM10.

I was informed that the Gen 1 SMH10's are not compatible with the SM10 and that I need to purchase the new SMH10 units at $119 each.

That is crap support and service. Sena decided to make the SM10 non-backwards compatible. Not happy about that but fine, these things happen. But a better deal should be made available than $119 each. Especially when the SMH10B units are offered BY SENA on Amazon for $110.96.

I would be happy if Sena would offer two (2) SMH10B's for $119 total.
