Shoulder Pad Triggers Tap Command

When I turn my head to the left my shoulder pad connects with the Sena triggering the Tap command. it is extremely annoying how can I turn it off completely. I tried reducing the sensitivity but it does not help.

  What do you mean by tap command?

  You can change the Motion Sensor Sensitivity by entering the Configuration Menu and selecting "Disable" in the settings or you can use the Sena Smartphone App and disable the feature through there.
