    Issue: "Mesh Intercom On, Channel 1" is displayed, but communication with friends doesn’t work. Bluetooth pairing works, but Mesh does not.

    Explanation: This issue typically indicates a problem with the Mesh chip, which may have been damaged due to factors like battery expansion caused by heat or condensation from riding in cold climates. While the Mesh function appears to turn on, it cannot establish a connection, rendering it non-functional.

    Solution: Unfortunately, the only way to resolve this is by replacing the device. To initiate a replacement, you’ll need to submit a support ticket with your device's serial number or proof of purchase. The support team will need to verify if your device is under warranty still. You can also include a link to this thread in your ticket for reference.

    If you have the Sena app, make sure all users are in the correct Mesh mode (2 vs. 3) as they are not compatible.
