Sena 20S Hangs at 77% during firmware upgrade.

I have submitted a ticket regarding this but have yet to receive a response other than directing me here. So I will post my question and see if anyone has found a fix of if I need to get my money back on this.

When I try to update my firmware from 1.7.2 to 1.7.7 the sena updater program hangs at 77%. I have tried multiple times, and even let the computer run the program while I was at work (over 12 hours). I have tried closing any and all un-necessary programs, restarting the computer, completely shutting down the computer, uninstalling and reinstalling the Sena program. I am running Windows 10 64bit and have all current updates. No programs running while trying to update firmware, just sitting on the windows home screen with no activity at all other than the update program.

I went in and changed some of the settings in my headset (Speed dial numbers, radio station presets) and if I stay in the sena program for very long at all, it will freeze, delete my work and leave me at my last save. Thinking the issue is with the software its self, not so much the headset.

I read several threads here and followed the instructions they were given. No resolution at this point, still issues, but did discover a new one! When using the FM radio, I can press the Ambient Sound Button and wait for "say a command" say "FM Radio" and it will turn on and function fine. If I press the button again, and say "FM Radio" to turn it off.. It will go off, however it will not come back on, and i am unable to listen to my phones music either until I restart the headset. *I can press and turn the jog dial to change stations, the voice will confirm the station, but there is no sound after that. *

I see several posts where Sena offers warranty service for similar issues. I don't think that's the route I want to go. I spent over 200 dollars on this thing, and I've only had it for 2 weeks at this point. To me it sounds like Sena needs to fix their products and treat their customers right. If we cant get this resolved, I believe I am going to return this one and buy a different brand.

Second Sena product I have owned, First was the SMH10 and it worked flawlessly.
