Also, wanted to add the Iphone app forces me to try to download the newest firmware for my 20S and then crashes.

Sena 20S Hangs at 77% during firmware upgrade.
I have submitted a ticket regarding this but have yet to receive a response other than directing me here. So I will post my question and see if anyone has found a fix of if I need to get my money ...
