Permanent pairing with SMH5 Dual
Why do I have to do pairing each time we use our helmets? why doesn't it automatically conect once pairing is done? With the navigator it works but not Intercom with the other unit.

You shouldn't have to Jackie. When you pair the units initially it holds the pairing. When you turn the units back on it will not automatically connect to intercom like it does with navigator. You have to tap the jog dial on either of the units to initiate intercom. Tap it again to disconnect intercom. Since you have paired the unit multiple times. I would suggest you do a factory reset on both units to clear the pairings then re-pair the units again. The units will be paired in the first position (single tap on the jog dial to initiate intercom)
