10S Firmware Recognition Issues

The instructions were not obvious to me and I ended up guessing my way through the firmware update. For my 10S when I connected the headset to my computer, nothing happened, the computer did not even recognize that I connected a device via USB. I pressed the phone button for 5 seconds and that caused the computer to recognize the device and with that, the firmware update started.

  Bonjour,

  J'ai fait la même chose, sauf que moi mon ordi ne réagit pas au branchement usb, il ne veut pas voir mon 10 S. C'est compliqué.
