smh 10 universal pairing?
Just bought two of these SMH 10 units and no problem pairing the intercom together..... but my buddy with a Shuberth Sena I cant get his to pair with mine????
Something I should know? I registered obviously and try to search firmware upgrade it says "oops your not authorized" and I am stumped about this site

are you sure his shuberth is a sena unit? Cardo also makes one for that helmet which would have to be paired using universal intercom feature on your SMH10. If it's a Sena unit it should be able to pair normally with the intercom pairing function. Put both units into intercom pairing mode. Once that is done tap the jog dial of your SMH10 once. It will take a few moments for the connection to be established.
