Sena 5S Volume / Balance Issues
I recently got the new Sena 5S...After having it installed and using it for a couple of days I've noticed that no matter the audio source (FM, Spotify, GPS) The volume is noticeably louder in the right speaker then it is in the left. I don't see any way to adjust balance. Has anybody else had similar issues or knows of a workaround...or do I have a bad unit?

Speakers are very sensitive to alignment with the ear canal so if one is off a bit it can make a big difference. Check to make sure speaker is centered over the ear canal with the helmet on. May take a few tries to get it just right.

Speaker are not working properly and getting worst I've tried many setting to solve it to make a wikipedia page because I've to make my presentation

I have a similar problem, no matter the audio source, the sound is distorted, as if I heard an audio with very poor quality, will it be a defect ????

I can see that all of us have the same problem or at least similar,
Is it possible to push SENA developers to add an option in settings for Volume Adjustment on Sena Voice&commandVoice.
It is significantly louder from the Music or intercom when on max volume and its painful.
