60s Hey Sena just beep
Hello,
I am using a new 60s. Firmware updated.
When I say « Hey Sena […] » the device just beep and do nothing.
Hey google with Geminy work (but he is too dumb to pause the music).
How to set up and use the voice command ? I tried various thing. No chance.

Same problem after Hey Siri just beep and not working, working just after radio on button is pressed.

Same problem. On latest firmware.
When two mobile phones are paired both audio controls and mobile assistant controls from Sena device does not work

I noticed the problem is noticed when two phones are paired to 60s. However when only one phone is paired, then invoking Siri by pressing the phone button works. This is strange as my several year old Sena 20s works well also when two phones are paired to it.

Helped a friend of mine sort this out...
The *only* way this works is if you press the 'phone' button for 1 second. This enables the iOS interface to Siri, and at that point, commands can be give to the voice assistant.
We were unable to get this to function in any other manner.

I played with this yesterday and when I speak to quickly, then exactly this happens. I have to say "Hey Sena", then wait for a beep, then what a fraction of second and only then say the command. Then it works. If I'm to quick, or to slow, the command it lost...

hey siri not answering any think, just peep and after you should say your command, just very unstable work.
