Sena 60s %1 power
When I took my Sena 60S out of the box, the battery level was at 1%. When I connected it to the charger, the charging LED indicated that it was charging, but even after leaving it connected for a long time, the battery level remained at 1%.
I also tried different cables and power adapters and performed a factory reset, but the issue still persists.
I believe there may be an issue with the battery or charging circuit. ??

Put in a ticket with technical support, the device may need to be replaced.
