Sena 5S charging icon when charge is complete

Hello

On my brand new 5S, the battery was low when I got it so decided to charge for 2 hours and more (I've tried several cable and chargers). When 5S is off I have charging con (with flash in the middle), when 5S is on I have same icon in the corner charging icon with flash icon in the middle. And this doesn't change after more then 2 hours (no bar showing up progressively like one bar, 2 bars, 3 bars ...). Is it standard behavior or does charging icon switch when charging is completed? Note: I have latest version 2.3.2 on the device. Thanks

  Have you tried a fault or factory reset?  Give those a try, if the battery doesn't improve, contact Sena's technical support for help.  May have to do a warranty exchange.
