I think you have to update the 20s also for it to work properly.

Make sure that you do a factory reset after the update.  It wouldn't hurt to do a fault reset after that.

Make sure Mic is close to lips when speaking.  Adjust "audio-overlay sensitivity" to a more sensitive setting.
