Shawn - Try deleting the pairing from both units then re-pair them.

You can but you may end up with problems. Best to do a reset. Also delete pairing from phone if connected and then re-pair.

The current firmware for the Sena SR10 two way radio adapter is V1.2 last issued in 2012. Not sure where you are getting your higher version from but there doesn't seem to be an upgrade beyond 1.2...

Hi Tony - Are you sure about your unit being an SR10? That model is the two-way radio adapter.

I've heard that there are sometimes issues that occur with BMW and Garmin integration when Sena updates. A lot of folks have just paired the phone separately - secondary mobile phone pairing.
