Same problem. Routinely have to jiggle the unit to get a good connection.

Leverage Jog button while on a call to Mute
It would be helpful to be able to mute my phone conversation without having to pull out the phone. Perhaps adding this function to the Jog button? I've been known to participate in conference calls...
