I got the 50C and i was able to update with ver 1.2.2 not sure what changed since i cannot find a changelog for that update. but i was able to update it by using the sena manager on my computer.

just download the sena manager for your computer then leaving the 50c off plug it in the usb port of computer and the software should see it and just follow the prompts and you should be good.

i have the same question my videos there are 2 file types NA and NB and i have no idea what it means.
