I agree, stiffen the jog dial.  I have to go back and forth until I can be sure that I'm at the loudest volume.  My volume is not high enough for even 25mph rides.

I NEED MORE VOLUME!  Ever since I upgraded to the latestes (v4.0), I haven't been able to hear my music; this is my primary use.  I'm very dissapointed but I'm hoping this will be resolved soon.
