Same. It's just awful. I've raised so many cases with them and never heard anything back. Trying a new account now to see if that makes a difference.

I couldn't agree more. I've had no end of issues with sound. Mesh or Bluetooth. Phone audio (music, GPS) work with all the iPhones I've had on all OS' and FW updates for the unit, but as soon as I ...
