I solved my connectivity issues. My Outrush-R is a Harley Davidson edition. One must not use the Sena device manager with this helmet but the Harley Davidson Boom Device Manager. 🤷♂️

This did not help on Sonoma (14.5). The macOS App still cannot open USB. I am using the original USB-A > USB-C included with the helmet.
