Ich konnte das Update auch nur mit dem PC und dem Device Manager installieren. Und auch nur mit einem NICHT originalen Sena USB-C Kabel.

Ich hatte das gleiche Problem. Nach dem Update der neusten Firmware v2.3 mit dem Device Manager hat alles wieder funktioniert.
