Same problem here as well. I believe the data ports are failing on the 20s......I know I don’t have a windows problem because I have other 20s devices that work with the laptop.

It is not the cable. SENA data ports are failing on these devices. They will charge, but no computer will recognize the device once the port fails on the device. I have several SENA 20S devices.....
