    Sent the whole unit back to Sena weeks ago as a warranty claim. Have heard nothing. Poor product and woeful company.

    Thanks for your contribution Geary. Set VOX to 1 and 3. Reset to factory default. Still music mutes at the slightest noise, even my loud exhaust. The most annoying piece of tech since the invention...

    When I have music playing via phone bluetooth, the music will mute with wind noise. Didn't do this at firts but now all the time. I have installed new firmware... twice. Gone through the setup menu...
