The Sena Device Manager isn't ready for the 20S yet, so don't beat yourselves up when the program won't recognize the 20S. I tried a couple of PCs and waay too many USB ports before calling Sena. ...

Ken, You have an external antenna.... see page 12 of the .pdf user guide. You just push it towards the helmet and it'll pop up. The radio is working fine for me and I'm 26 miles north of downtown...
