    Sena has replaced both of my units that have had this problem. . Even though these issues exist I'm happy with the way Sena has treated me and the speed at which the replacements have come.

    Same problem here. Bought the dual pack. One will shut down for no apparent reason. I really like these units and I hope Sena addresses this issue.
