Fixed it! It turned out that the gopro backpack was paired as a phone, not as an intercom. So now I paired it as an intercom (jog dial on the Sena 20S + pairing on gopro) and I now have voice pro...

Having the same issue here.. same kind of cracks/pops.. and no voice prompts are UHD mode. This is with a sena S20
