Unfortunately there is no way to disable the Ambient Mode button on the bottom of the 20S clamp kit. Is the message your are hearing when you move your head in a certain way "Say a command"?

The 20S is not able to be installed into the Sena Smart Helmet because the helmet will have its own Bluetooth module with features similar to the 20S as an accessory.

You can change the Motion Sensor Sensitivity by entering the Configuration Menu and selecting "Disable" in the settings or you can use the Sena Smartphone App and disable the feature through there.

Please enable the Eight-Way Intercom setting on each of the 20S's through the Configuration Menu or on the Sena Smartphone App to see if that will improve the audio quality with the headsets.
