To my understanding all SENA's with Mesh 3.0 have the option to use V2.0 as a switchable option vie the SENA app.

Same problem ! "OK Google" works, Mesh and phone communication work. Sena voice commands work 1 out of 10 tries..

I can confirm. that the SRL3 in my NeoTec3 barely picks up any command. Is Sena reading forum posts ? Communication via Mesh or Phone calls are good, though
