After a few more diagnostics the unit was warrenty replaced. Sena support stated a defective chip Replacement unit works (mostly) a 'hey google...' command now works too.

SRL3 No voice commnad reaction to Google or Sena. No sideband either. Phone call works. Firmware v1,2. Brand new unit. Tested at home.

It sems to be a common complaint. I also have no response from the voice commands with Sena or Google - or the side band. Phone call works.

Same issue. Voice commands do not activte Sena or Google. Sideband also doesn;t react. Phone call works.
