 See if you can borrow another iPhone and pair it to your Sena.  If the problem clears up you can pretty much suspect it is a phone problem rather than the sena.

Look on Amazon, Radio Shack.  All have 110 to usb chargers.  Many cellphone chargers with a micro usb plug (pretty much all except iPhone) work too.
